The staff mentioned they'd requested it to start sooner, but nothing happened. Total letdown after a long drive!

The room was new-fashioned and beds were extremely comfy. We walked everywhere, the location was handy, in pleasant surroundings. Further, it was right by golf course with lots of wildlife, the restaurant and the conservatory.

Hotel with a lot of character. Room was very comfortable and modern. Fresh milk and excellent television were nice touches. Bathroom was very up to date with bath and large shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Quality of the food was exceptional and very good value for money.

The room was heated with lovely toiletries, bedroom, as for instance, could leave my car on site.

Bar staff on Saturday evening were very friendly & professional
Breakfast: Tea was cold, toast was cold, sausage was overcooked and of inferior quality. Black pudding was inedible. Our main waitress at breakfast was miserable - maybe some customer care training would be appropriate...

Breakfast can be a bit of a letdown, with long waits reported for food that doesn't come out hot. The rooms can get quite warm, and the windows don't open very wide, especially with the noise from the main areas. The bar in the manor house feels cramped, lacking enough seating , which might not be ideal for those looking to unwind after a long day.

The provided database was impressive, showcasing a wealth of local attractions and dining options.
One minor drawback was the lack of personal touches in the decor. While the room was functional, it felt a bit sterile and could have used a few decorative elements to enhance the overall experience.

Good food and service in a pleasant location with nice grounds and away from any traffic noise
Rooms in annexe quite small and very close together. Golfers everywhere which meant I ate out 2 of my 3 night stay!

This was the first time we had been to Heacham Manor. We were with my sister-in-law and her husband who came last year. We were very impressed with the hotel and the surrounding area.

We did have a lovely time exploring Heacham and visiting Hunstanton which is only 3 miles away. The hotel was very pleasant and breakfast was very good. We had a slight problems when the hotel staff had a mix up with the dates which led to us noty having full access to all the facilites due to a wedding party.
Staff could have been friendlier.
